    The Navarre Beach Regency Condominium is located directly on the white sandy beach and emerald green waters of Navarre Florida.  The building features the largest two and three bedroom units on the entire island.  Each unit offers a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico from large, protected, private balconies which extends the full width of the unit .
The Regency offers the widest expanse of gulf front beach of any facility on Navarre Beach and the beach is accessible via a handicap friendly walk way.

 Several owners enjoy calling the Regency their only home while others it is at least their part-time home away from home.  

These longer term residents enjoy a variety of social events, particularly during the months outside of the busy summer tourist season.  

"Snow bird" renters join in the festivities during the fall, winter, and spring months  with a variety of social events.
